Please Cpt.Ron I need advice

I do work on the Cruise ship for the last 15 years,and I do have STCW95.Right now I am on vacation after 6 month(that is regular contract)work.What I wont to ask is,since I would like to work on oil rig (entry level of course,catering.....) please recommend me an institution where I can do my BOISET(northern part of Europe preferably,because I live in Poland).
