Bismarck, North Dakota is a hot spot for oil rig workers,
and there is only a 3.2% unemployment rate.
Bourbon Offshore in Norway is seeking captains,
2nd engineer and electricians.
Rudra Offshore is seeking chief officers, captains
second officers, second engineers, tool pushers
All positions from roustabouts to tool pushers
6G welders, fitters, painters
Aban Offshore in Denmark is seeking radio operators, crane
operators, derrickmen, drillers, offshore medics
and store keepers (and a lot of others)
Duke Offshore is looking for divers and dive tenders
The offshore oil and gas industry is really starting to open up.

Hello Captain Ron,
I have tried unsuccessfully on my own to find work offshore.  I am on my second issue 100ton masters, inland with passenger vessel experience.   This does not even seem to open the door for Ordinary Seaman positions.   I am looking to get sea time to achieve a near coastal endorsement.  I have a TWIC and STCW95 Bst and advanced fire.
Would your job assistance site be beneficial for me if I signed up, given my work history; or is your site desinged for those with offshore certificates in hand?

Thanks,
Cpt Frank

Our job assistance program might be the very thing you need. Send me your resume or CV. I'll have a look and we'll go from there. Send it to cptron@offshoreguides.com
